2. Booking and Payment

To secure our services, clients must complete the booking process and provide necessary information. Payment terms are outlined below.

Confirm availability and receive a booking confirmation.

2.2 Payment Terms

4. Liability and Insurance

Liability is limited to the declared value of the items.

Any claims for damaged or lost items must be filed within 30 days of the move.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled move.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation.

5.2 Cancellation by Abby Movers

In the unlikely event that Abby Movers must cancel, clients will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
We will make every effort to reschedule the move at a convenient time.
